The Role:

The Account Manager role at Bus.com is a ground floor opportunity to build your career with Bus.com. This role will involve working collaboratively with our event partners and trip promoters, as well as internally with our operations and logistics team, to make sure that every bus trip we run is a great success.

The Account Manager must be equally at ease working enthusiastically with customers as they will be dedicated to dotting i’s and crossing t’s as they attend to every detail behind the scenes. Excelling at this job will require proactive thinking, effective multitasking, attention to detail and the ability to anticipate and resolve small issues before they turn into larger ones.

The job:

From your first day you will:

  • Serve as a point of contact with suppliers, event partners, trip organizers, and other customers who are running trips with Bus.com.

  • Attend to every operational checkbox involved with carrying out a bus trip, and proactively anticipate any departures from normal requirements or activities.

  • Independently discover, address and resolve customer needs without needing instruction.

  • Work in a small, close-knit team with an ‘all hands on deck’ attitude.


  • Experience within travel or hospitality industry is a plus

  • Background in B2B or B2C customer service, account management or sales

  • A proven track record of attention to detail and creative problem solving. (Please prepare specific examples for when you interview.)

  • Strong people skills, communication skills and commitment to customer service.

  • The ability to learn new things quickly, adapt to changing environments, and resolve ambiguities through well-thought out decisions and actions.

  • Base salary range $30,000 - $35,000
