We’re a quickly growing team, with an HQ centrally located on the corner of Parc and Sherbrooke, a 5 minute walk from Place-des-Arts.

Job Description:

We are searching for an organized, methodical, and creative Marketing Coordinator to be the point of contact on our marketing team, and the oil that powers our engine.

This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to accomplish objectives with great autonomy.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the point of contact for internal and external marketing requests (we deal with many event organizers and it’s imperative campaigns are ran at an appropriate schedule).

  • Implement and set up email nurturing campaigns in HubSpot.

  • Develop, implement, and analyze guerrilla marketing tactics across North America

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns with content creators, designers, and strategists.

  • Ensure all marketing KPIs are reported properly.

  • Copywriting across various projects within brand tone guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Past experience organizing teams, communities, or events.

  • A dual-minded approach: You’re highly creative and an excellent writer but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions.

  • 1-2 years in marketing/growth role within a marketing team or agency

Nice to have’s

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop and InDesign).

  • English and French bilingualism

  • HubSpot / Marketing Automation experience
