Our mission is to help communities thrive by enabling groups to travel together effortlessly.
Communities are the thread that connects all that we do – they’re the teams, groups, and fans that we move. They’re the camps, schools, and festivals that we work with. We’re incredibly passionate about community building and you should be too.
From a product perspective, we’re playing our part in future of transportation. It’s not just a bus trip – it’s an adventure. Creating a positive rider experience is paramount to our team.
Bus.com sounds like it would be a corporate-like place to work. It’s not.
We’re a quickly growing team, with an HQ centrally located on the corner of Parc and Sherbrooke, a 5 minute walk from Place-des-Arts.
Like the communities we strive to enable, we’re a community made up of creators, thinkers, designers, developers, geeks, hipsters, bicyclists, and just overall nice people.
We take our work seriously, and we understand that that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. We rely on one another, and only together will we create something genuinely meaningful. It’s about hustle, making excuses to win, a lot of trust, and, sometimes, a bit of elbow grease.
But we do understand that life is about balance, work with no place for fun is no place for us.
After work you can find embarking on an adventure. Whether it’s a night out at a restaurant, a bar, or a show, we’re up for it. We have board game nights, movie nights, and the occasional video game tournament.
We are searching for an organized, methodical, and creative Marketing Coordinator to be the point of contact on our marketing team, and the oil that powers our engine.
This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to accomplish objectives with great autonomy.
Be the point of contact for internal and external marketing requests (we deal with many event organizers and it’s imperative campaigns are ran at an appropriate schedule).
Implement and set up email nurturing campaigns in HubSpot.
Develop, implement, and analyze guerrilla marketing tactics across North America
Coordinate marketing campaigns with content creators, designers, and strategists.
Ensure all marketing KPIs are reported properly.
Copywriting across various projects within brand tone guidelines.
Past experience organizing teams, communities, or events.
Incredible attention to detail. If you’ve made it this far, please be aware we receive many applications and are often slow to respond (we’re growing fast!). If your cover letter stands out, we will definitely respond faster.
A dual-minded approach: You’re highly creative and an excellent writer but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions.
1-2 years in marketing/growth role within a marketing team or agency
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop and InDesign).

HubSpot / Marketing Automation experience
